On-line registration requires customers to provide us with contact information such as name, address, phone, e-mail, etc. It is used only either for communication purpose or delivery of requested information, software updates, solutions, special offers, newsletters or authorization of individual Web-based accounts.

At any time upon customer's request, the private account can be also deleted and all profile data is permanently purged.

Our Web site has a password protected private area for customer services and effective on-line projects management. All our Web servers are US-based and deployed in highly secure facilities with access for only authorized personnel. We also highly recomment all our customers to take precaution to protect their personal data using the latest secure browsers.

AceFlex may use IP addresses of our visitors to help diagnose technical problems with our Web sites. We can also collect financial information submitted by our clientele to check qualifications, verify identity, as well as for billing purposes. It's never used for marketing purpose either. All information is kept strictly secure and confidential. All clients are responsible for keeping in secret all personal details such as username/password used to access our Web sites.

AceFlex can use a third party payment gateway to process credit cards via the Internet. The gateway is a member of financial network and not eligible to store, retain or use any customer's financial details except as for credit card verification and capturing funds allowed. Unique identifications may be also used for such financial transactions.
